G8 summit is the acronym for the Group of 8 (G8) Industrialized Nations Summit. The G8 summit is an annual meeting of world leaders from the eight most industrialized countries in the world: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
